Operator and contact details

The service is presented under the OmniFlow Chatbot Assistant name. The verified legal name of the service operator and a public customer-support email have not yet been added. Do not treat this draft as ready for paid use until those details are supplied.

Current availability

Paid checkout and the free trial are not currently available. Prices and trial terms on the website are planned offers only. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription or an active trial.

Planned plans and trial

The planned Starter offer is a one-time payment of USD 60 for one website and 5,000 AI replies per month. The planned Pro offer is USD 40 per month or USD 400 per year for one website and unlimited AI replies. The Pro offer also lists visitor-message alerts through one selected channel: email, Telegram, or WhatsApp.

The planned free trial lasts up to 7 days (168 hours), covers one website and up to 250 AI replies, and ends when either the time or reply limit is reached. It is planned to be cardless and will not automatically charge a customer when it ends. The trial is not active yet.

These offers may be changed before launch. The final price, features, renewal interval, and trial terms will be shown before a customer makes a purchase.

Pro renewals and cancellation

When paid subscriptions become available, Pro will renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. A cancellation will stop the next renewal. Access will continue through the paid period already in progress. No refund will be made for unused days in that period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A cancellation method must be provided before paid subscriptions launch. It is not available through this draft page.

Starter refunds

The planned Starter payment is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. This policy will apply only after the paid offer launches.

Using the service

• Provide accurate account and business information and keep account access secure.
• Use only website content, messages, and contact details that you have the right to provide and process.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity, or to violate another person’s rights.
• You are responsible for the notices and permissions required for chats, lead collection, and visitor-message alerts on your website.

AI responses and service limits

AI-generated replies may be incomplete or incorrect. Review business information and settings, and do not rely on AI replies for emergencies or decisions that require professional judgment. Website owners remain responsible for their content and for deciding when a human should respond.

Features, usage limits, and availability may change. Any change to a paid plan will be described before it affects a renewal, subject to applicable law.
